Olivia Waynik
Associate Attorney

Olivia joined the firm in September 2024 after working in both Johnston and Franklin counties as an Assistant District Attorney for several years where she handled all different types of criminal cases.
​
Olivia attended North Carolina State University for undergrad, earning a bachelor's degree in Political Science in 2017. She then attended Campbell University's Norman Adrian Wiggins School of Law and received her Juris Doctorate degree in 2020.
​
Olivia handles mainly court appointed cases, ranging from traffic matters to lower-level felony charges; working alongside Lee daily, handling their matters together.
​
Olivia lives in Zebulon, NC with her husband, Brock, their two dogs, GiGi and Hope. They help to run their family farm, The Barristers' Barnyard. Olivia loves to rescue animals, reading (especially Harry Potter), spending time outside, and all things NC State sports related. Go Pack!

Celeste Turner
Business Manager

Originally from Raleigh and married to Lee for 31 years, they have two daughters, Chelsea and Olivia. Celeste worked for many years in the property management/real estate industry prior to retiring and beginning work with Lee.

Celeste is a graduate of North Carolina State University and manages the day to day operations and book-keeping for the law firm.


Chelsea Jones
Legal Assistant | Social Media & Marketing | Notary Public

Chelsea has been working for Turner Law Office since 2014. She lives in Wendell with her husband Dock and children, Rhett and Lilah.
When she is not in the office, you can find her at home with her family, a tball or soccer field cheering on her kids, or behind the lens of Chelsea Celeste Photography, LLC shooting weddings and families throughout North Carolina.

Chelsea graduated from Appalachian State University in 2011 with a bachelor's degree in Communications.


E. Lee Turner, Jr.
Attorney

Lee graduated from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte with a Criminal Justice degree in 1983. He served the Raleigh Police Department, as an officer, for 10 years. During that time he enrolled in North Carolina Central University's School of Law, earning his J.D. degree in 1991.
